Last updated: October 17, 2026

CRM Assist LLC ("CRM Assist," "we," "us") is a CRM consulting firm based in Orange County, California. This policy explains what personal information we collect through crmassist.com and related pages, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

  • Information you give us. When you fill out a form (for example, to download a playbook, subscribe to our blog, or request a consultation), we collect what you enter, such as your name, email address, company, job title and phone number.
  • Information collected automatically. Our website uses cookies and similar technologies, including HubSpot tracking code, to record pages viewed, referring sources, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you interact with our emails.
  • Information from meetings. If you book a call with us, we receive the details you provide through our scheduling tool. With your knowledge, calls may be recorded or transcribed to produce notes.

How we use your information

  • To deliver content you request, such as guides and playbooks.
  • To respond to inquiries and schedule and conduct consultations.
  • To send blog updates, newsletters, event invitations (including Orange County HubSpot User Group events) and other marketing messages you can opt out of at any time.
  • To understand how visitors use our site and improve our content and services.
  • To provide services to our clients and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run our business, under contracts that limit their use of it. These include HubSpot (CRM, website, forms and email), our scheduling, video-meeting and note-taking tools, and email delivery providers. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

Cookies

You can manage non-essential cookies through the cookie banner on our site or your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect how some pages work.

How long we keep it

We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes above, generally while you remain engaged with us and for a reasonable period afterward, unless a longer period is required by law. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

Your choices and rights

  • Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link at the bottom of any email.
  • Access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing us.
  • California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete and correct personal information and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
  • Visitors in the EU, UK and similar jurisdictions may also have the right to object to or restrict processing and to data portability. Where consent is our legal basis, you may withdraw it at any time.

We will respond to verified requests within the time required by applicable law.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, and we rely on established providers to store data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

Our site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.
